2. Using the website

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own personal use in planning travel, and for the internal use of a business considering a booking with us.

You must not:

• use the website in a way that is unlawful or that could damage it or impair its availability;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or conduct any denial of service or automated attack;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission;
• republish, sell, rent or sub-licence material from this website;
• use our content to train a commercial model or build a competing service without our written permission; or
• use the website to send unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Intellectual property

• All content on this website, including text, itinerary descriptions, photographs, video, graphics, layout and design, is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights.
• Zelenso Travel and our logo are our trade marks. You may not use them without our written permission.
• Photographs supplied by hotels, suppliers, photographers or stock libraries remain the property of their owners and are used under licence.
• Nothing on this website transfers any intellectual property right to you.

If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, contact us at contact@zelenso.com with details of the material and your claim, and we will investigate promptly.

4. Content you submit

If you send us a review, photograph, testimonial or other material, or post it on a page we operate:

• you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the right to share it;
• you confirm that it is accurate and not defamatory, offensive or unlawful;
• you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our marketing, unless you tell us otherwise; and
• you may ask us to stop using it, and we will do so within a reasonable period.

We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at our discretion. We do not edit the substance of a review.

5. Enquiries made through this website

Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not create a booking and does not oblige either of us to enter into a contract. Bookings are made under our Booking Terms.

6. Third-party links and embedded content

This website may link to or embed content from other websites and platforms. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website without notice, and we will not be liable to you if it is unavailable at any time.

8. Accuracy of content

Website content is provided for general information. The basis on which we provide it, and its limits, are set out in our Disclaimer.

9. Our liability for the website

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our responsibility for travel services we arrange is dealt with in section 15 of our Booking Terms, not here.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or withdraw your access to the website if you breach these Terms of Service. Sections 3, 4, 9, 11 and 12 survive any termination.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, nor of any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

12. General

• If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
• We may change these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept it.
• These Terms of Service, together with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the website.
• Nothing in these Terms of Service creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between us.
