They set out how a booking is made, what you pay and when, what happens if something changes, which parts of your trip we are responsible for, and which parts are provided by independent suppliers such as hotels. Who we are not right for
We would rather say this now than disappoint you later. Zelenso is probably not for you if:
- You want the cheapest possible trip. Backpacking by bus and train costs far less than a private car and driver.
- You want a fixed-date group tour with other travellers. We only run private trips.
- You want to self-drive. Our trips are built around a professional driver.
- You want a package with flights included. Our prices are land only; book flights separately or through your travel agent.
